comsumer rights Today we are bombarded with advertising from all sides, with television being one of the most used for advertisement ...
Much of the intervals between television programs are overwhelmed with advertisements and the viewer is forced to watch them and internalize them without even realizing it.
The role of advertising should be to inform the consumer of a given product and its true nature but mostly this is not the case and the publicity it is misleading or abusive.

Misleading and unfair

The advertising is misleading the consumer leads to error, when presenting a product or service with qualities which in reality does not have. It is a false advertising.
One must distinguish the advertising of improper advertising. This is more serious, because it induces consumers to behave harmful advertisements are inciting violence, disrespect environmental values, exploiting fear of the consumer, or take advantage of the inexperience of a given age silhouette. Both methods of unfair and deceptive advertising is prohibited by the Code of Consumer Protection and the offender may be subject to imprisonment from three months to a year and a fine.

Do not be fooled

Despite all the negative aspects of advertising today, I believe that if it ceases to be on our life would not be the same.
